“Exploration” is imitating the concept of the book “ Where’s Wally” which is a series of children’s book by British illustrator Martin Handford. All the figures and buildings in my work were imitating the famous artwork “Manual of the Mustard Seed Garden.” Since the “Manual” for beginner to enter the Chinese ink Art world. From my artwork, it proved that imitation could also be a kind of creation. In fact, no any “Wally” can be found in my artwork which presenting there is no standard answer for life. The truth has to be explored by ourselves.
